**Key Responsibilities:** **Product and Market Development:** Deploy and lead Specific Programs for assigned Hospitals, designed to drive adoption and introduce new products in Critical Care Field such as: Programs presentation to physician/hospital, benefits of the program to patients, training and support to users, follow up, reports of progress and closing. Partner with Sales team and Marketing to define accounts to implement Educational Programs and special programs. Partner with physicians to refine deployment details and needs for each site to assure success of the programs **Supporting activities and tools:** Develop and supply tools and materials to deploy the Programs Track, follow up and reports progresses, failures, complaints, etc Internal compliance and supporting activities to keep records, get approval and make the programs feasible **Education and Experience:** Bachelor´s Degree in Nursing with ICU experience (adult) or related field Advanced English is required Training experience in clinical / technical environment is desired Experience with Hemodynamic Monitoring is a plus **Additional Skills:** • Great verbal communication skills, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills • Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Moderate understanding of cardiovascular/pulmonary system (anatomy, physiology, pathologies) • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control Edwards Lifesciences is the global leader in patient-focused medical innovations for structural heart disease, as well as critical care and surgical monitoring.
