Preferred qualifications: + Experience collaborating on projects involving multiple cross-functional teams to drive broader scale impact beyond own team. + Familiarity with video advertisement solutions and campaign management tools (i.e. Google Ads). + Demonstrated ability to proactively take ownership of projects by setting and achieving milestones, synthesizing input from many stakeholders, creating output appropriate to the audience(s) and driving alignment/adoption of final deliverables. + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, re-prioritize, and communicate project timelines regularly to stakeholders. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users. Our Product Solutions Specialist (PSS) team partners closely with all Google´s areas and is a key strategic driver to empower our Large Customer Sales teams. In this role, you will help advertisers and agencies develop and leverage digital solutions that build stronger businesses and brands. You will cover Video Action Solutions and work closely with Measurement, Creative and Cross-Product Specialists to develop robust and innovative digital video strategies. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We´re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google´s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. + Oversee project management of key product initiatives and communications to ensure consistent and well-executed deployment at scale. Identify operational improvements and deploy process optimizations at scale. + Identify gaps, synthesize and prioritize product requirements based on business rationale, advertiser needs and business growth opportunity. + Create content to reach leadership audiences (Board members, CEOs, and other C-level) to bring profound digital transformations. + Develop a deep understanding of particular industries and clients, leveraging Google and third-party data to generate consumer and business insights. + Identify competitive perspectives and differentiated value propositions by industries and share them effectively to ensure internal alignment and to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
