**Business Development** Under the direct supervision of the Regional Commercial Manager (RCM), this position´s principal mandate is to develop business opportunities to the dealer network and to provide world-class support the field sales force (DSM). The selected individual actively contributes to regional strategies as defined by the RCM, while providing ongoing support to several adding value projects to the Brazilian dealer network. The key related activities (KRA) for this position are: * Support critical stages of the sales administration transition process from I/O to OMS, with planning department, RCM and DSM * Develop and maintain strong business relationships with select internal departments (Shipping, Network Development, Marketing, Finance, Credit, Volume Planning, Strategy and Pricing), customers and third-party entities * Coordinate order management practices and contribute to daily sales transactions in ways that maximize retail opportunities and optimize BRP inventory * Assist in the preparation and administration of sales programs to optimize results * Support the setting and administration of demo programs * Effectively collaborate with RCM to optimize support to the regional commercial team (DSM) with meaningful analysis and reports * Contribute to elaborate and execute Ad Hoc sales development projects (rental sales, utility market, direct sales, institutional sales, fleet, VIP) * Be highly involved on planning and pricing strategies for Brazil to identify risks and opportunities * Research of the utility market to identify agricultural and fleet opportunities * Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news * Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials implications * Become the link between sales and marketing to align promotions, strategies and events * Coordinate the implementation and the daily process of auditing tools of registration to assess an “on line” retail and dealers’ inventory * Support the development and deployment of retail financing projects in Brazil * Directly follow up smaller accounts of OE and JPS from Brazil * Help to produce presentations and reports to RCM YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS * Knowledge of BRP internal departments considered an asset. University degree at top institutions in Business Administration, Engineering, Economy or any related fields; * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written and interest in sales; * Ability to train and educate on programs, tools and new initiatives. * Strong sense of team spirit, collaborative and self-motivation; * Strong organizational and time management skills; * Ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver on deadlines; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge will be considered an asset; This position is based in Campinas, Brazil *Global Location:* Brazil, Campinas *# of openings:* 1
