We are currently pursuing a large Office 365, SharePoint content and Windows 10 opportunity in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for an English-speaking client. This is probably one of our first end-to-end Modern Workplace transformation program which would provide great exposure and create a tremendous learning experience for our people and our brand in Middle East. As part of this pursuit, we are putting together an exceptional team of our people who are interested in delivering this multi-year project. We have many roles to fill but are currently focusing on 6 senior delivery roles. Key Role Responsibilities: ECM Content Migration Workstream lead is responsible for the migration of 1PB of local workstation and on-prem content management data (various systems) to OneDrive and SharePoint Online. Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements: You will naturally have a strong foundation in core Microsoft infrastructure technologies, but more specifically you will be able to demonstrate prior experience and a level of subject matter expertise in large scale O365 SharePoint transformation and migration projects (20,000+ seats) where organizations have implemented large scale business impacting Modern workplace transformation programs. You will: * Lead the client discussions designing how their business requirements can be implemented in Office 365 and associated services * Work in all phases of an implementation (from analysis to post deployment support) * Partner with cross-functional technology teams to integrate solutions * Lead our onshore and offshore teams * We are looking for strong team players and your skillset likely includes: * 5+ years of experience in defining collaboration solutions on the Microsoft Office 365 platform * A background in development and potentially infrastructure, allowing you to connect the dots between the business, developers and infrastructure * Office 365 Groups, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Flow and Microsoft PowerApps Experience with one or more of these technologies would be a benefit: * Migration Tools (Metalogix or Sharegate) * Integration with On-premises SharePoint (Hybrid / AADConnect / ADFS) * On-premises infrastructure (AD, SQL, network, SharePoint) * Implementation of solutions in on-premises SharePoint This role will be based in UAE, United Arab Emirates.
